Working at your cooking stations, you’ll build confidence with essential Thai techniques including high-heat stir-frying, sauce balancing, herb and ingredient preparation, and working with aromatic components such as citrus, chilies and coconut. Along the way, our chefs will share practical tips for timing dishes, adjusting flavour profiles and recreating these vibrant recipes at home.
This interactive class is designed to be social, energetic and immersive — offering plenty of hands-on practice while deepening your understanding of how Thai flavours and textures come together in a cohesive meal.
