Buddha Beats Yoga is BACK!!! Join us for our outdoor yoga class at The View Winery. I have teamed up with two local amazing talents this year! The View Winery with their delicious wine & local Okanagan fruit. Spring is finally here, so treat yourself to a morning out of the house, perhaps with a few friends, get into nature and just relax.
Upon your arrival to the vinery we will take a little walk up thought the apple orchard the tress are so breathtaking and are over 100 years old. Its about a 10-15 minute walk to the top. Yoga instructor Aleena McKinnon, will guide you through a vinyasa flow yoga class with the most spectacular views of the Okanagan.
This class is about relaxing and letting go. We will move very slowly a moving meditation with the breath. Watery, fluid, rhythmic, simple, sweet movements. We will end this class with a guided meditation to melt away any stress from the last few months.
After class, we will enjoy a delicious sangria with Okanagan local fruit!
If its raining don't worry we will just move inside. Please bring a blanket so you can find ultimate relaxation.
All levels welcome.
We recommend bringing your yoga mat. If you need a mat, they are available for a $2 rental fee.
Please bring warm clothing and or a blanket so you can be comfortable, I want you to be as relaxed as possible.
