Women are increasing their representation in technology and taking on new and enhanced leadership roles, so we’re delighted to share a new mentoring program for BC women entrepreneurs in tech-focused or tech-enabled businesses, called Discovery Foundation’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program.

Thanks to funding from the Discovery Foundation, this program will help you access a peer network of like-minded women, gain insights from an experienced woman entrepreneur and develop your leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM?
- 5 sessions of the Taking the Stage® mentoring program
- 2 webinars to develop your leadership abilities
ELIGIBILITY
Open to women-identified business owners who own technology or tech-enabled businesses in BC and that have been operating for 1-5 years and are ready for growth and expansion.
WHAT DOES TECH-ENABLED MEAN?
Tech-enabled means that you use technology as a significant part of your business, or create innovative products, services or processes—for example, if you have an eCommerce website, or you own a business in the digital communications industry.
