On Jan 26, 2021, Objects in Motion, a part of the annual Living Things Festival, presents a night of rare international animated short films curated from international festivals and archives by local artist, animator and UBC Okanagan professor, Myron Campbell. Settle in for an evening of experimental animation showcasing both seasoned and emerging independent filmmakers from Canada and beyond. 🎬
Objects in Motion spans two evenings, each with a different selection of films. The first evening (AKA Part 1) takes place on Jan 19, 2021, and features award-winning films by Éva Darabos, Kangmin Kim, Terril Calder & many more.
The second evening (AKA Part 2) features award-winning films by Howie Shia, Anne Koizumi, Michelle Latimer & many more.
Join Living Things Artistic Director and UBC professor, Neil Cadger, from his COVID bunker/lounge/puppet studio for these live-streamed events. Both evenings will be streamed on Kelowna's Unicorns.LIVE platform.
