Kelowna General Hospital and the Central Okanagan Hospice House invite the community to a Walk of Memories. An outdoor event to gather as a community of caring to honour and remember those who have died at KGH and Hospice House in recent months.
Kelowna General Hospital and the Central Okanagan Hospice House invite the community to a Walk of Memories.
An interactive way for bereaved people, their families, and the community to acknowledge their loss by remembering together in a healthy, inclusive, and family-friendly way.
Join anytime between 2 p.m. and 2:45 p.m.
Closing ceremony at 3:30 p.m.
WHERE: Waterfront Park Walk starts at the Dolphins (across from Prospera Arena)
Special Notes
Walk route is about 1 km
4 memory stations along the Walk to provide time for reflection
Free event
Walk is wheelchair accessible
Volunteers available as walking partners
Refreshments generously provided by the Salvation Army
