ARC Programs is hosting The Mandt System training. The Mandt System building relationships and trauma-informed care.
he Mandt System training is a nonviolent crisis intervention course that focuses on building healthy connections and relationships to prevent, de-escalate, and intervene (if necessary) when an individual's behaviour poses immediate harm to themselves or others. Through employing a trauma-focused lens, participants work through Chapters 1-9 of the Mandt System Student Guide.
