THIS WEEK: MYOFASCIAL STRETCHING & ELDOA WITH MIKE
Mike gives us insider knowledge on the worlds cutting edge Holistic Health techniques and practices. After some Information and discussion we will be put into a powerful Myofascial Stretching and ELDOA session- putting us in touch directly with the theory Mike shares. These exercises are challenging and cultivate massive proprioceptive awareness to target specific segments of the spine. ELDOA itself is an exercise that utilizes specific postures to stretch and strengthen the body at the same time. ELDOA can be used to normalize disc bulges, reduce scoliosis, increase flexibility, improve muscle performance and tone, reduce disc degeneration, improve posture, and so much more.

MEET MIKE CHRISTY:
Mike is experienced in the art of physical assessment and the implementation of a holistic approach to functional health and fitness. He has worked with people of all ages and abilities, from the most challenging rehabilitation cases to professional athletes including Stanley Cup winners and Olympic gold medalists. For over 18 years Mike Christy has devoted himself to continuous research and training, and has received advanced education from around the world. He has come home with the most current and advanced concepts in corrective and functional exercise, as well as nutritional and lifestyle coaching, to help his clients achieve world class results. On top of all that, Mike is currently a 3rd year osteopath student, studying and practicing manual therapy.
