ABSTRACT:
Campus Health VOICE research indicates that students want alternative ways to increase their physical activity and reduce sedentary behaviour. In collaboration with the UBC Okanagan library, a treadmill desk and bicycle desk were installed for library users. A description of the implementation and evaluation of the active study project will be provided, as well as plans for expanding access to active study stations on campus.
