Carla Fox and Therese Laforge combine their skills in yoga and sound tranformation to shower your world with benevolent and stimulating frequencies!!
Our two and a half hour workshop will have you on the yoga mat doing simple restorative yoga poses intending to assist with deep breathing, self awareness and coming into the present moment. In the background the bowls will be softly playing for you. Once you are in shavasana, the lengthy unwinding happens while you are bathing in the harmonic life giving drones and sounds of the frosted crystal bowls.
