"The Big Bad Wolf", a Paddy Malcolm English adaptation, has a little of everything for today's family.
There are magic Reindeer a Little Red Riding Hood - Silly Clowns - Pigs building houses - a few bunnies for good measure - and of course a Big Bad Wolf. Audiences will be encouraged to sing along and help make the magic happen. Red Riding Hood and her reindeer pals must get Rudolf back to the North Pole before Christmas! This is a must see.
"The Big Bad Wolf", will be directed by Noelle Jefferys. Ms. Jefferys is working diligently, adapting the original Paddy Malcolm English script, adding her own bit of "FUNK" and bringing the christmas Spirit.
Pantomimes are generally bright, bold, full of puns, with light-hearted tomfoolery and tons of spell-binding magical moments to keep audiences of all ages entranced. The Big Bad Wolf is a bit of a meshing of some of your favourite old fairy tales and some of your most cherished Christmas Stories.
"The Big Bad Wolf" will start up its rehearsals and massive set building the first week of September 2017 with show dates from November 22 to November 26 at the Mary Irwin Theatre. at the Rotary Centre for the Arts Box Office and Website. Only a 1 week run this year so be sure to get your tickets early.
