Kirtan is a community chanting practice. As we synchronize our breath, literally vibrating together, our sense of other dissolves into stillness. It is an immersion into a clear and spacious peace where love, joy, harmony, awe and wonder are all experienced together. Anand will be leading songs that activate our intuitive and reflective knowledge.

We will follow this with yoga nidra, a deeply relaxing 20 minute guided meditation with live music and sound. Imagine a lying down meditation practice that brings about a deep level of rest that is at the same time pleasurable, rejuvenating and healing.
